The business meeting started at 4:15pm with seating of the delegates. Pastor G. Karl Gaston commissioned the delegates and opened with prayer. John Aclin called the meeting to order. Nominations for President, Secretary and Vice President Outreach were opened for floor nominations all were closed with no further nominations. The positions of Secretary, Carolyn Witham, and Vice President Outreach, Karen Weires, were accepted by a vote of acclimation. Steve Barnett presented the financials and answered questions. The meeting was recessed until 2:15pm on Saturday, July 29th.
