What Methods Work to Direct Weekenders into Smal Group Reunions

Make it known that Sponsorship includes getting your Weekender into Small Groups. Sponsorship is not just a 3 day commitment.

Invite Prospective Weekenders into a renewal group. Renewal Groups can be both a recriuting and a vetting tool.

Reunion Group Database Keep track of reunion groups. Include Contact Person, members, Where to meet, When to meet, Are you open to new members, Are any of your members available to Mentor new groups?

Set up groups on the weekend and Mentor them for 3-6 meetings to get them started.

Mixed or Coed? Non specific, lots of ideas, agreed it was situational.

How Many members is Too Many/ What a blessing to have this problem. Develop leaders within the grouping and suggest splitting the group, they can reunite at Ultreya. One group does the men and women grouping at the same time and place, then gathers for dinner after.

Use Bring a Friend ideas to engage with potential weekenders.

Whats App is a great way to have Teams communicate, and it naturally keeps them together.

Email has a 19-20% effectiveness rate, Text is 98% effective.

The VdC method is highly structured/friendship and love is not.

Participants enjoyed the usefulness of this years EOI format.

There is no one great secret sauce, and keep asking. New ideas look as good as some old ideas dusted off.
