The following are frequently asked questions (with answers) that the Region 3 NLS AG Host Committee has received during our preparation for the 2026 Annual Gathering:

Registration FAQ:

Q1:  Can I pay at check-in? 

A1: As there are gathering expenses that must be paid in advance of the gathering, please send your registration fee now by check made payable to NLSAG 2026 to:

Q1.1:  Can I pay using a credit card?

A1.1:  No you CAN NOT pay using a credit card.

Q2:  Can I check in on Wednesday, even though I registered that I’m arriving Thursday? 

A2:  Yes, please settle the amount due at check-in.

Q3:  Is there a parking pass needed? 

A3:  Yes. Come prepared with license plate #, year, make, model, and color of your vehicle.  You will receive your parking pass during the Registration process.

Q4:  Can you make sure I have a 1st floor accommodation due to physical limitations? 

A4:  We are doing our best to identify those that critically require a 1st floor accommodation.  If, during registration, you indicated you do need campus transportation, we plan to assign you to a room on the first floor. If you don’t recall if you said “yes” to needing transportation on campus, please let Janet Crouch, HC Registration Lead, know this information ASAP. (janetcrouch58@gmail.com)

Q5:  Can I get a receipt for my payment? 

A5:  Yes, if you need one before check-in, please let Don Holmes, HC Treasurer, know and she can email your receipt. (don_holmes@sbcglobal.net)

T-Shirt FAQ:

Q6:  Are additional 2026 AG T-shirts available? 

A6:  Yes, there are a limited number of T-shirts that can still be purchased on a first come, first served basis at the Registration area.  The T-shirt prices are $20.
